Onn TWS Earphones : Volume to loud or bass boosted

When I have something playing through the earbuds they are extremely loud even when I have it the lowest I can go. This is annoying as I can't listen to anything.

Have you tried changing the volume on the buds AND the music source device? It may be that they work independently of each other.

It turns out it was my device and it needed a factory reset.
