I bought these Bluetooth headphones and at the first charge, the led is on and does not go off with any button and its totally freezing, I lost my money?

What colors are the lights, can you give more details.

For me, the solution was just to reset the headphones. To do that I held down power button and - volume button until the light shut down. Then I turned it back on.

I tried using the volume and power button trick to get them to unfreeze but they wont unfreeze

hey max. its not the volume its the middle buttom and power button an hold for a whole 1minute it takes a while

Had the same issue (blue led keeps being turned on) with a JBL bluetooth headphones, not sure of what type. Tried keeping press the power button pressed for a while (30s) with no luck.
Attempted to connect the headphones to my computer via the USB cable, the blue light went immediately blinking and from that point it seemed to go OK: managed to turn off and then on using the power button, connected to phone via bluetooth and sound finally appeared at the phones.
