what to do when headset pairs but no sound comes out

This question relates to connecting a Vitality Wireless Bluetooth Headset BUY NOW to an Apple iPhone 6 BUY NOW

with the iphone immediately next to the vitality wireless bluetooth headset GC-H021. i turn the headset on the voice says paired but no sound comes out of the headset and none comes from the iphone. i have checked settings and it says it is connected.

anyone have any advice?

Hi Madelyn. Most bluetooth audio devices such as this can have their sound controlled via the headphones themselves and on the source device, such as your iphone.

Note however that this isn't the same thing, changing one doesn't relate to the same sound level in the other. So you need to make sure that the bluetooth audio volume on the phone and the device is both set to an audible level.
