I fully charged my headphones, when I turn them on to connect, it gives me a purple light (both red light and blue light turn on) and freezes. It doesn't fully turn on, and it wont finish turning on, nor can I turn it off. The only way to turn off the purple light of limbo, is sticking my aux cord in it or hook it up to a charger which forces it to shut off. When tried again, it will give me the purple light and I have to force shut off again. Any way to fix?

Did you try turning on by holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds ?

It does indeed sound like its not completing power on but just to be sure in case its got some base level of communication with your phone, have you deleted the pairings it had previously?

Try swapping power cables power boxes and power supplies. also if it does not work that way try plugging it up to the headphones first then to the wall first then to the box first
