Why are my Tzumi ProBuds lagging on my laptop without a reason?

This question relates to connecting a Tzumi probuds BUY NOW to a Dell Laptop BUY NOW

My Tzumi pro buds are lagging on my laptop sometimes one of the ears stops for a second and comes back and the audio isn't synchronized one is a few seconds later than the other and the sound volume is lower in one ear and higher in the other and it's happening non stop it's a complete mess.

This could be interference related and resulting in a poor signal, making it susceptible to drops and lag. I'd recommend that you first unplug absolutely everything you may have connected to the laptop to see if that helps. Then if no joy start moving the laptop to other locations in your home and then outside and see how this alters performance. Let us know how you get on.
