JBL E55BT : Wierd static noise in some cases

This question relates to connecting a JBL E55BT BUY NOW to a Samsung galaxy a8 BUY NOW

While using my headphones and make a phone call, after the call I hear static noise while I listen to a music. The static is back if I enter to my bluetooth setting or other setting (such as turn on the location function). I tried the headphones on other devices and it didn't happened in any of them. But if I use other bluetooth devices on my phone it doesnt happen either.

If you charge them does it go away for a while ? Is it possibly related to charge level ?

i charged them before use... i tried other phones too and it worked. and i eventried a new pairs on my phone and the same problem happened.
i have some kind of vpn, maybe its the problem?

We've had other report similar things:

I don't think the VPN is the issue. Just to check, did it always do this ?

Yes it's always did it. And I've even tried new ones and it happens

So you've exchanged them for others and its just the same? Try resetting the network settings on the phone. There should be an option under the network settings screen. That will force you to repair and anything odd about how it was paired should at least be erased.
