I called Tzumi customer service and spoke with a Christina out of New York she was the rudest cuatomer service rep I have EVER spoke with. When I called she answered and I told her I had a problem with my daughter's sound mates and her response was 'the problem is!?' I asked why she felt she had to be so rude and she responded with telling me that I am the rude one and that I should just answer the simple question what is the problem! I told her the trouble we are having and asked her if we could exchange for a new pair and she said that will not be happening we will NOT be giving you a new pair or YOUR money back . And that was the end of yhe customer service experience with Tzumi! What a joke of a companie how do you treat your customers with such little respect? Your welcome Christina for job security we as customers provide by buying your crapy product and expecting there customer service reps to be anything but crap! Lesson learned!
