Wireless blackweb sport headphones appear to be fully charged but won't turn on?

When I have the headphones are plugged in they have the blue light to indicate they're fully charged, but when I take them off the charger I can't get any response from them. I've had them for about 3 months but this is the first serious problem I've had.

We've not had other reports like this with this particular device I believe.... it sounds like it might be a bad internal battery. Try to use another charger/cable if you can but otherwise if within warranty I'd get exchanged.

I would suggest exchanging them, this sounds like a fault

I just bought listened to them once and its mine wkmt turn on either

I just bought mine in the last Month and mine wont turn on either. The blue light goes on when charging but as soon as I take it off the charger it will not turn on.

Purchased 2 days ago and though the blue light is (barely) on (barely) when charging when I disconnect from the charge the light disappears. When I attempt to pair it to my phone the device is not found. Is there a solution? If not I'll return them.

Annette, these sound faulty although if you can do try charging with another cable/charge source.
