Wireless blackweb sport headphones appear to be fully charged but won't turn on?

When I have the headphones are plugged in they have the blue light to indicate they're fully charged, but when I take them off the charger I can't get any response from them. I've had them for about 3 months but this is the first serious problem I've had.

We've not had other reports like this with this particular device I believe.... it sounds like it might be a bad internal battery. Try to use another charger/cable if you can but otherwise if within warranty I'd get exchanged.

I would suggest exchanging them, this sounds like a fault
