computer tries to connect but asks for a PIN. I've never had a PIN on these headphones before. What do I do to get them to reset? How do I get them t to connect without a PIN or is there a default PIN.

I have tried putting 0000 and 1234 but it still won't work

I would try deleting any pairings for the device from your phone, rebooting the phone and turning off the earbuds and then starting all over afresh. On restart hopefully you won't get prompted for the code.
