One day I was listening to music and then my otium sport headphones turned off without a beep. Then I figured out when I have some movement on the otium beats it disconnects and turns off.

If you use them not on your head but just held in your hands with the volume loud enough to hear playing music, can you repeat this by moving the cables ? It sounds like a bad cable connection and if within warranty definitely return for exchange if possible.

One thing to check, have you tried resetting by pressing and holding the power button for 8 seconds when they are on charge ?
