Wont turn on

This question relates to connecting a Connected but head phones wont turn on BUY NOW to a Nokia 7.1 BUY NOW

I have used these head phones 2 times and now it will connect to blue tooth but wont turn on. Help

Please give more information, specifying exactly the steps you undertook to try and pair the devices together along with what feedback the devices gave (lights/sounds) and any error msgs either side reported.
Please also specify the model of your headphones, that is not clear to us.
