ZoeeTree S1 Speaker : the sound being muffled

This question relates to connecting a ZoeeTree S1 Speaker BUY NOW to a my ph BUY NOW

When I connect and play my music it goes all muffled and distorted and I don't know why.

Is this all the time or just some times? If some times, can you explain how often, what patterns if any there are.

It's most of the time, mainly when in a song it gets louder, say the chorus.

Has it always done this? Also has the item been dropped, had contact with a liquid etc? Also what about when paired to something else, it's the same ?

It happened when I first got it out the packet and paired it up, hasn't been damaged at all, and still the same when paired to another device.

Ok all clear. We've not had others reporting this so it's hard to know if this is a bad unit or if they are all like this. I would suggest returning for exchange via your retailer.
