Make sure that your paired connection still exists

If your device was previously working with the host computer device and is suddenly not functioning at all it's worth checking within the settings of the host computer device that 1) your other Bluetooth device is listed and 2) it is actively "connected".  

For various reasons it's sometimes possible that already paired devices may get forgotten by your host system or that the stored paring gets lost on the other device.  

  • This is a general troubleshooting tip that applies to most Bluetooth connectivity issues.
