Remember: New Bluetooth devices shouldn’t ever need drivers or specific software in order to pair with your computer and function correctly. The Bluetooth adapter and general system wide support of Bluetooth is the only thing requiring drivers.
To clarify; adding actual Bluetooth support to your computer if it doesn't already have it will require the loading of software drivers for the Bluetooth support itself, however individual devices shouldn't need drivers. If you are being asked to install drivers it is likely you are not using a Bluetooth device.
Note; don't confuse drivers that are used to make the hardware run with additional utilities and software that many devices are packaged with that may provide extra features or functionality for your new product.
